What vaccinations are required before boarding?
For the health and safety of all guests, dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations (DHPPi/L4), kennel cough (Bordetella), and valid rabies. Cats must be vaccinated against feline enteritis and flu (Tricat) and rabies. All pets must have recent flea and tick preventative treatment.
Can I bring my pet's regular food and bedding?
Yes, we actively encourage pet parents to provide their pet’s regular food to avoid sudden digestive changes before air travel. Familiar blankets, unwashed t-shirts with your scent, and favorite chew toys are also strongly welcomed to help them feel at home.
How long can my pet board before their departure flight?
We accommodate both short-term stays (such as overnight boarding before an early morning 4:00 AM flight) and extended stays of several weeks if you need to travel ahead to secure long-term rental housing or complete quarantine formalities.
How do you handle nervous or elderly pets?
We provide quiet, low-stimulus suites away from high-energy dogs for senior, timid, or convalescing pets. Our staff spend dedicated quiet time sitting with nervous guests, ensuring they eat, hydrate, and feel completely secure.
